Order Confirmation
All orders placed through our website are confirmed via phone call or message before dispatch.
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged
The product is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
To be eligible for a return:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
The product must be unused and in its original condition
We do not accept returns due to:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
The returned product is approved after inspection
The issue falls under our return conditions
Once approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be issued through a suitable method agreed upon by both parties
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders:
Customers are requested to check the package in front of the delivery person
If any issue is found, please report it immediately
Once the product is accepted by the customer, refund or return requests may no longer be applicable except in valid exceptional cases.
Exchanges
We may offer an exchange in valid cases where stock is available.
Exchange decisions are at the sole discretion of Manarah Academy.
